Copyright protects the original intellectual and creative work contained in a published article. Young Nurses Journal of Research (YNJR) respects the intellectual property rights of authors and is committed to maintaining clear and transparent copyright and licensing arrangements.

By submitting a manuscript to YNJR, the Corresponding Author confirms that they have the authority to submit the manuscript on behalf of all authors and that the work is original and does not infringe the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

Upon acceptance for publication, authors will enter into the journal's applicable publication agreement. The agreement specifies the rights granted to YNJR and the rights retained by the authors in relation to the published work.

Unless otherwise stated in the publication agreement, authors retain the rights specified under the journal's applicable copyright and licensing terms. Authors may use, share, and disseminate their published work in accordance with those terms.

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted material, including figures, table is required.

The journal will clearly identify the copyright holder and applicable license for each published article.

Copyright arrangements do not affect the authors' responsibility for the accuracy, originality, ethical conduct, and integrity of their research.

Authors should review the applicable publication agreement and licensing terms before submitting their manuscript to YNJR.
